Shipping Policy
We offer USPS FREE SHIPPING on orders over $150 to US & PR.
Once the order is placed allow 2-3 business days for shipment. For Priority Mail shipment takes 1-5 days depending on the Country. For Ground advantage it can take from 5 days to 15 days, depending on the Country and handling from USPS (KEEP THIS IN MIND) .
Priority Mail is insured, First Class mail has $100 insurance with USPS. You are issued a tracking number on receipt of posting, and we cannot be held responsible for any missing mail. A claim must be made through the USPS website if your item is missing.
Insurance: Depending on the Insurance of the package ($50-$100) if the value of the order is higher, the total minus insurance will be given as store credit depending on the approval or denial of insurance by USPS. There are no refunds since the error in by USPS and not the store. Shipping labels are non refundable since it is a paid service.
Missing, Stolen or Lost Mail: The client is responsible for tracking their package. Once its at a USPS facility the store is not responsible for USPS delays and mismanagement. No store refund of Gift Card will be provided.
If the package has not arrived but it is marked delivered or delayed, the client must call or file a claim online to start the process and notify us so we can send the label details. Once the claim is made send us at moniandcoli@gmail.com the claim number so we can help you following up if needed. A police report must be made for stolen packages, USPS will not process insurance without proof.

Stolen packages with insurance will start a claim process and it may take up to 60-90 days to resolve via USPS.
Missing mail will take 30- 60 days to resolve with USPS. If client mistakenly wrote the wrong address we unfortunately can't do anything about it and the merchandise will not be refundable.
