RETURN POLICY DURING THE PANDEMIC - UPDATE
All purchases of clothing are eligible for a return within 7 days of receiving the package except for SALE items, the client must notify once the item is received their intention of returning so we can sort out if the item can be dropped off at the store during our weekly visit or sent via mail with a return slip. Once the client receives the return slip, if the clients stays with the items for more than 7 days the return eligibility may be evaluated, we are a small store and we need to move inventory quickly, please keep in mind.
We are working on including return slips and mailers in each sent order so the customer can drop it off at a mail box.
We can exchange the size or provide store credit via gift card that will not expire.

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You can return it by mail to 1762 Calle Loíza Suite 3A San Juan, PR 00911.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts its not eligible for Store Credit. Once your return is received and inspected. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of the store credit. If you are approved, we will processed your store credit on your next order.

If the item was sent damage or with missing parts do to our error your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Only regular priced items may be return, unfortunately sale items are FINAL SALE.
EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item or other size, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to the address that we'll give you or you can go to our Showroom in Metro Office Park in Guaynabo.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address that we'll give you.
VOIDED FOR NOW - DURING PANDEMIC - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if its an exchange or a return. If you are returning an item that was sent damage or with missing parts do to our error we will cover Shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, you will receive the refund for the cost of the product only.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
